What we offer you:

In learning support and reflection sessions, we work with our trainees to develop learning goals and strategies for finding solutions.
School social work is an important part of our school philosophy. We support and advise our trainees on any issues that could put their training at risk.
With regular training courses during the program, we prepare our trainees in the best possible way for their professional future.

We want to raise awareness of complex global and regional challenges. That’s why civic education is especially important to us.
We support trainees with a migration background in learning German—both in class and in small study groups in the afternoons.
